iNTERGAME EXPO NEW IGX SHOW FOR LONDON GAINS MOMENTUM More bookings and a very positive reaction from exhibitors at an on-site meeting last week were reported by organisers of the new London IGX show. The Ibis was the setting for an exhibitors' meeting when organisers InterGame Conferences met with representatives of the exhibitors on-site. They discussed a number of points regarding marketing and layout of the show which will be followed up by the organising team. Afterwards, Andy Crowson of Cummins Allison, one of the exhibitors, said: "The meeting was very encouraging. Having seen the Ballroom of the Ibis Hotel I am confident that we have made a good decision. I am happy with the degree of feedback we are getting from the organisers. They seem to be taking a great deal of trouble over consulting their customers." The IGX, scheduled for London January 27-29, is to be held at the Ibis Hotel London Earls Court, less than a five minute walk from Earls Court exhibition centre. Already the show floor is two thirds full with commitments from both UK and overseas companies. The plan for a Happy Hour with free bar, which was announced some weeks ago, was refined. The meeting decided that it would run from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. on each of the first two days. Notice to Editors: For further information please call Peter Knott on +44 161 633 0100
